Eric at All Time Plumbing was able to fit us in on short notice on a Sunday to fix a bad leak on our water supply. He quickly got to the root of the problem, came up with a plan and got it done. After he left he texted me and I expressed a concern.  He called me back and gave me advice.  Cannot recommend him enough. Eric is a very professional plumber with great customer service. I had my sewer line rupture in my crawl space and he was able to come day of to give me a quote. I held off until I contacted my insurance to see if they would pay anything, they of course did not, but insurance did cover the price of cleaning the crawl space. We had a plumbing emergency on the day of the Super Bowl playoffs, and after calling multiple businesses with no luck reaching an actual person, I finally called All Time Plumbing & Heating. Eric answered immediately. I explained what was happening, and without hesitation he told me he would have someone at our home within the next two hours. To my surprise, he arrived in about 30 minutes. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue, attempted a fix, and was completely transparent that if the attempt didn’t work, he wouldn’t charge us. Unfortunately, the quick fix wasn’t enough, but he then provided a clear, honest estimate for the repair, rearranged a lower‑priority appointment, and came back the very next morning to complete the work. Not only did he fully repair the problem, but he also provided a link with detailed photos of the failure and the repair process—something we really appreciated. Eric’s communication, punctuality, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. Our water heater decided to break down and leak underneath the house Wednesday morning. He told us he could get it done by Friday and he was there on Thursday after his shift, found out there were broken pipes under the house and repaired them at no extra charge. Great guy, wish there were more people like him.
